You will need to secure your booking with a pre-authorisation of your credit card.
Any cancellations or change in guest count within the 24 hour notice period will be charged the full pre authorisation amount of $20 per person. Any cancellations must strictly be informed via email. Please note this is NOT a deposit (only a pre-authorisation) and your full bill will be presented to you at the end of your meal.
A 10% service fee is added to the total bill for all bookings of 10 or more
Group of 10 or more have to choose set banquet menu, $59minimum spend per person applies if Ala Carte Service required.
A 10% Surcharge applies on Public Holidays.
All bookings are a strict 1hour 45mins seating time in order to minimise exposure during the Covid pandemic. Please adhere to these times so that our staff may sanitise and ensure the space is safe for other guests.
Covid -19 Cancellation House Policy – Any cancellation due to Covid-19 within 24hours prior ( to avoid cancellation charges) requires evidence not limited, Covid-19 Test Report, Its customer responsibility to establish and show that a person or group were close contact to infected guest.
We are happy to reschedule the booking with previously processed holding fees.
